Mind & Motion Family Field Day is a free, family-friendly community event hosted by Charlotte Angels during National Foster Care Month.

 

Taking place on May 9 at the Irwin Belk Complex at Johnson C. Smith University, this special day is designed to promote both physical and mental wellness for children and families through movement, connection, and fun.

 

Guests can enjoy interactive wellness zones, light skills and drills, bounce houses, food trucks, community activities, and special guest experiences, all in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

 

This event is free and open to the public and offers a meaningful way for the community to come together in support of children, youth, and families experiencing foster care.
